SCHOOL HOLIDAY CREATORS' CAMP & BAZAAR
NOVEMBER 27 to DECEMBER 9, 2017 at the National Design Centre
This Youths' Super Accelerator Program promises 11 days of fun-filled activities during the November-December school holidays that will inspire kids and teens to be young creator-entrepreneurs! Here's a chance for your child to experience and learn processes from design thinking-led product creation, to creating promotional and marketing campaigns, and finally, selling at a bazaar!
Our young creator-bosses will also have an opportunity to practice sharing during the season of giving. In tune with It Takes An Island's value of inclusiveness, a percentage of the bazaar proceeds will be donated to their charity of choice.
WHY CREATORS' CAMP & BAZAAR?
This unique Maker Camp + Entrepreneur Camp + Bazaar program is the first of its kind designed for a new generation of creators.

Junior Apprentice Program
The Junior Apprentice program is a series of corporate immersion activities organised in partnership with top companies in key industries.
Children benefit from the generosity of the business community by talking to their experts and employees, working on projects, and touring actual work spaces.
Kids' Hackathon Series
Our hackathon series is especially designed for kids to: ideate solutions to a real world problem, and to build product prototypes with the help of experts from different fields.
No prior coding skills or design experiences are required.
Check out some photos from our inaugural kids' hackathon last June 2017, Design. Build. Code.
Young Creators' Bootcamp and Bazaar
This is a two-week program where participants design, create and market their own products at a physical fair, as well as online.
There will be two tracks: one for 10 to 12 year olds, and another for 13 to 15 year olds.
A portion of the proceeds from their sales will be donated to a charity of their choice.
